GTN^® Premium

Anti-adherence protective plant oil and cleaner for mixers. Concentrated in active ingredients

GTN^® Premium is a curative and preventive product more concentrated in active ingredient than the classic GTN^® (30% in more). It helps to protect and clean much more efficiently and quickly the material against deposits of concrete. GTN^® Premium softens concrete residues that accumulate over the course of a working day. It is designed to be used on a daily basis. At the end of a working day reducing concrete residues during the night. Thanks to its protection properties, GTN^® Premium prevents concrete from contaminating equipment and makes maintenance easier. GTN^® Premium helps to increase the lifespan of machinery. GTN^® Premium is significantly less hazardous than other products available on the market. It does not contain petrochemical-based products, heavy metals and is not corrosive. It can be applied to any material without alteration (metal, rubber, paint...).

Surface preparation :

Application :

It is essential to carry out preliminary tests.
Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
In some cases, too much of the product may lead to air in the concrete. Apply the product evenly.

CURATIVE:

Spray the product at the end of the day. The oil must cover the concrete to be removed.
Action time: 12 hours minimum.
Rinse the treated surface with a high-pressure cleaner or water jet. Remove all oil before returning it to use.
Start the procedure again until all concrete has gone.

PREVENTIVE:

Spray the product on a daily basis at the end of the day in order to prevent adherence of the concrete and keep the mixer clean and in good condition.
It is also possible to apply the product during the day.
