Anti-adherence protective plant oil and cleaner for mixers

GTN^® is a curative and preventative product. It enables the material to be protected against concrete deposits and clean it.

GTN^® dissolves deposits that have stuck coat by coat though daily use. Applied at the end of the day with installations encrusted with concrete, it acts during the might to reduce deposits.

GTN^® through its protective properties, prevents clogging up of the equipment due to concrete, and makes maintenance easier. The product increases the material’s life cycle.

GTN^® is much safer than other products on the market. It does not contain oil-based products or heavy metals and is not classified as a corrosive. It can be applied to all materials without altering materials (metal, paint, etc.).

Application :

It is essential to carry out preliminary tests.
Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
In some cases, too much of the product may lead to air in the concrete. Apply the product evenly.

CURATIVE:

Spray the product at the end of the day. The oil must cover the concrete to be removed.
Action time: 12 hours minimum.
Rinse the treated surface with a high-pressure cleaner or water jet. Remove all oil before returning it to use.
Start the procedure again until all concrete has gone.

PREVENTIVE:

Spray the product on a daily basis at the end of the day in order to prevent adherence of the concrete and keep the mixer clean and in good condition.
It is also possible to apply the product during the day.
