Drawing from our 30-years experience in concrete aesthetics and protection, we have developed ProtectGuard® Color, a range of concrete stains that combine protective properties with inorganic pigments for tinted protection of materials

ProtectGuard® Color products colour whilst at the same time retaining the mineral look of the treated surface. They are also used to homogeneize the aesthetics of concrete.

The extremely wide range of choices (colour, opacity, finish) makes it possible to obtain a unique and infinitely customisable look.

Guard Industrie helps clients and applicators to define the best colour according to the project. Depending on the particular requirements of the client or site, Guard Industrie is able to create any opacity and custom-made colour.

Tailor-made solutions for a unique finish

With ProtectGuard® Color products, creativity is without limits. You choose the colour, the finish and the opacity and obtain a unique and infinitely customisable finish. ProtectGuard® Color products comprise 42 standard colours and 32 high jewellery colours available in many finishes : matt, glossy, metallic, iridescent, pearlescent or luminescent. A standard colour is available in three opacities: 10%, 50% or 100%

See through the concrete

ProtectGuard® Color stains are semi-transparent: they enhance concrete by allowing its surface and its mineral look to be seen. The end colour will always depend on the colour of the concrete and that of ProtectGuard® Color. A colour with a low opacity index has less covering power, in which case the initial colour of the concrete has a greater interaction with the final colour. On the contrary, with a high opacity index, the initial colour of the concrete has less interaction with the final colour

Long-lasting protection

if left unprotected, concrete will be an ideal target for natural and human abuse. It needs a protection that will preserve its beauty down the years. ProtectGuard^® Color concrete are impregnation products that protect concrete from water, oil and even graffitis. Treated structures become impermeable and repel water.

ProtectGuard^® Color products thus limit the harmful effects of moisture (erosion, efflorescence or surface salts, micro-organisms, freeze-thaw cycles…). They also stop greasy stains penetrating and retard the return of grime. Buildings are easier to maintain.

A ten year efficiency

Our expertise in oil and water repellency allows us to provide a ten-year worldwide guarantee (insurance contract subscribed with AXA company).
This guarantee is valid only for those ProtectGuard® Color applications made by an approved building professional.
